What is included

The pre-order offer includes 1 YOLO coin (our commemorative crypto) and 1 numbered YOLO Founder NFT (the digital coin artwork) at no additional charge with each allocated, fully paid Retail Investor (IPO edition) unit. The NFT shows the gold dog coin with the Good Boy Standard reverse, Soft Satin edge and a rotatable 3D view where supported. It is digital, not a physical gold coin.

The collection is limited to 1,000 pairs. The offer ends after the first 1,000 fully paid Retail Investor (IPO edition) units or at the January 2027 retail release, whichever comes first. Other POP products and later printings do not qualify. A deposit or payment authorization alone does not qualify. Your private claim page shows the allocation for your order. The collectible cap does not stop physical game orders; if no allocation remains, contact the store using your order confirmation.

Collecting your items

Claiming is optional. After payment is complete and an allocation is confirmed, we send a separate digital gift email to the checkout email address. Your digital gift email may arrive soon after payment is confirmed, or take several days to process. It is separate from your order confirmation and receipt. Select “Claim my digital gift” in the gift email to claim the YOLO coin and numbered NFT together. Connect a compatible wallet you control, check its address, and sign the displayed message to confirm wallet control. This message does not authorize a payment. We pay the initial blockchain delivery fee; you do not need to buy ETH to receive your items through this service.

A private gift link lasts seven days from when it is created for your gift email, not from your preorder date. If it expires, request a new link on the claim page using your checkout email and order number. Link expiry does not forfeit an otherwise eligible, unclaimed allocation. After your wallet is confirmed, you can close the page; delivery continues automatically. Reopen your private gift link to check progress. Keep the link private: someone you forward it to could claim the gift. We never ask for a recovery phrase or private key.

When your claim is complete

We deliver the YOLO coin and numbered Founder NFT directly to the wallet you confirm on Base. Once both are delivered, your claim is complete; there is no further redemption step. The claim page provides your numbered artwork and a blockchain delivery receipt. Adding or importing an asset into a wallet app only makes it visible in that app; it does not create, claim or transfer it again. The claim page includes optional viewing instructions.

Ownership, transfers and value

YOLO and the NFT are separate assets on Base. After delivery, they can transfer independently. YOLO can be divided into fractions; those fractions do not represent ownership of the NFT or its artwork. Transferring the NFT does not transfer separately held YOLO or create another allocation.

These are commemorative digital collectibles. They give no company ownership, profit share, interest, dividend, claim to business assets, or promised future benefits. We do not promise cash redemption, buybacks, exchange listings, a resale market, price support, or financial returns. A buyer or resale value may never exist.

“Founder” is commemorative. “IPO” means Initial Print Offering, our name for the first printing; it is not a sale of shares. NFT ownership does not transfer artwork copyright or trademark rights. Optional later transfers or trades may incur network and third-party fees. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances.

Wallet and marketplace display features vary. Other apps must support Base and these assets; a contract address or NFT number is an identifier, not a code redeemable on any platform. The artwork and 3D view use external hosting; continued availability is separate from the blockchain ownership record.

Wallets and privacy

Your wallet address, collectible number, transfers and transaction history are public on the blockchain. Others can view them and may link them to information you disclose elsewhere. We privately link order, checkout email, claim and wallet information to verify eligibility, send claim emails, deliver items and handle support. The claim service uses hosting, email and blockchain providers to perform those functions.

Do not put personal information into a blockchain transaction or share your claim link. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by the store. We cannot reset wallet credentials or reverse a confirmed transfer; an incorrect destination or lost wallet access can make the items inaccessible. The store’s privacy policy continues to apply. Order changes and help

A cancelled or refunded qualifying box cannot receive an unclaimed allocation. Already delivered assets are not automatically returned or cancelled by a physical-order refund. Claiming does not add a refund fee or restrict your rights under the store’s refund policy or applicable law. Physical game shipping is handled separately from collectible delivery.
